Disclaimer for percentagechaos.property

Last updated: October 2026

This disclaimer covers your use of percentagechaos.property. It is a general template, not legal advice.

We Refer, We Do Not Repair

Percentagechaos Garage Doors offers referrals and marketing. We connect homeowners with independent garage door repair and installation providers. We do not repair, install or sell garage doors, springs, openers or parts. An independent provider does any work on your door. Percentagechaos Garage Doors does not.

A Referral Is Not an Endorsement

When we connect you with a provider, we are not vouching for that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, price or result of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider can come to your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance and conduct.

General Information Only

The content on this site is general. It is not legal, financial or safety advice. Every door, opener and home is different, so talk with a qualified technician about your own situation.

About Prices

Prices shown here are typical U.S. ranges, not quotes. Real costs depend on your door, the parts it needs, where you live and the provider. A provider can give a firm price only after seeing the door. Ask for a written quote before you approve work.

About Warranties

Any mention of warranties here is general. A warranty comes from the manufacturer or the provider, never from Percentagechaos Garage Doors. Ask the provider what is covered and get those details in writing.

Stay Safe

Garage doors are heavy. Springs and cables hold a lot of tension. Do not try spring or cable work on your own, and keep people and pets away from a damaged door. If a situation puts life or safety at risk, contact local emergency services first.

How Percentagechaos Garage Doors Gets Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Percentagechaos Garage Doors when we connect them with homeowners. You can read more on the Referral Marketing Disclosure page.

Accuracy of This Site

We try to keep the information here current and correct. We cannot promise that it is complete or without mistakes.
