Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one manages its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly. Keep your notes in writing.

We confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then review it. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office, the state attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
